Registered students are asked to note the following deadlines pertaining to inter-faculty transfers:

Please note that application is available only from the web and should be completed in duplicates and returned to the Admissions Section

1. Download the transfer form in your preferred format
2. Complete the form
3. Mail to the Senior Assistant Registrar of the campus to which you wish to apply. You may download the list of registrars or you may obtain the information below.
